...there was a young family; Don, Lori & Ted Rumsey owned a window business... OK, perhaps that may be too much family history - I'll provide the reader's digest version! The Rumsey's had a vision and were determined to compile their knowledge, skill, and enthusiasm for building into a company that genuinely offered something for everyone. For nearly 20 years, HCC has produced extraordinary custom-built homes. Our mission stems from aligning our passion with your (customer) vision. On Site Consultation
we can visit your lot to help you determine where the new home will sit and where services, septic and laneway should go.
Complete Site Prep
we can coordinate installation of your septic, laneway, removal of trees and even tear down and removal of your old home or cottage.
Permits and Applications
we handle all the paperwork necessary to apply for permits including Septic, Conservation or NEC, and Driveway
Custom Design Service
Whether you want to customize one of our designs or have your own custom design we will work with you to make sure your new home has everything you desire in a dream home.
